2023 Rental Pricing

Prices include the use of tables/chairs and breakdown. Doors open at 8:00 am and the event must be over by 11:30 pm with decorations and tables cleared and trash picked up.

 

Rental is limited to One Hundred Fifty people or fewer.

 

All Day Friday - $1,700

 

All Day Saturday - $2,000

 

Friday and Saturday (two days) - $3,000

 

Sunday - $1,200

 

Monday - Thursday - Negotiable

 

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (three days) - $3,500

 

Security

Security requirements will be discussed at the time of rental.

Damage Deposit - Refundable - $500

The condition of The Barn will be inspected and evaluated at the end of the rental period.

HALF OF THE RENTAL COST WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE BARN IS RESERVED. THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL COST, DAMAGE DEPOSIT, AND SECURITY FEES ARE DUE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
